Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Learning Reports

The reports are categorized into blocks. When you hover over each link, a description of the report's purpose displays.

To search for a specific report, enter keywords in the search field. The system searches on the report's name.

To run a report, click on its name.

The reports in the Learning module are grouped according to the following categories:
Field Description
Certifications This includes all reports relating to internal and external certifications.
Courses This includes all reports relating to the courses offered by your company, such as schedules, participant profiles, and course effectiveness.
Library Sources This includes all reports relating to your company's learning resources, such as books and training videos.
Tuition Assistance Administration This includes all reports relating to tuition assistance requests and dispositions.
Classes This includes all reports relating to class schedules, participation lists, as well as student and instructor profile information.
Curriculum This includes all reports relating to curriculum schedules, participation lists, as well as the associated classes and courses information.
Tests This includes all reports relating to the administered tests, such as success rates.
Custom Reports This includes the ad-hoc reports you have created.
